Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted.  However, your satisfaction is important to us.  We therefor offer a comprehensive guarantee on every memorial sold.  In the unlikely event there is a problem with the memorial you purchased, please contact your salesperson right away so that we may work with you to resolve the matter.

Memorial Guarantee

We hereby certify the memorial you purchased was fabricated from the finest quality natural granite and/or true memorial bronze. We guarantee the granite used is free from defects that would render it unsuitable for memorial purposes and that the lettering on the memorial will never wear off. The longevity of lithochrome or other coloring agents applied to a memorial cannot be guaranteed and will wear away over time. The memorial may require occasional cleaning.

We guarantee any bronze used is cast by one of the world’s finest foundries and that all letters, numbers and ornamentation are hand chased and highlighted. All bronze is guaranteed by its manufacturer and will patina over time as part of the natural process.

Vases, ceramic photos and bronze items are guaranteed only by their respective manufacturer. Ceramic photos attached to lawn level markers are not guaranteed against breakage.

Cement foundations we provide are guaranteed for ten years. Granite foundations we provide are guaranteed for fifty years.

Should any part or parts of the granite memorial covered by this warranty ever prove to be defective in either material or workmanship, we will replace or repair them free of all expense to the purchaser or their heirs for a period of fifty years.We regret we cannot be responsible for damage done to the memorial by cemetery equipment, vandalism, conflict, terrorism, theft, unusual environmental or atmospheric conditions or natural disasters.
